If you can answer “yes” to all three of these questions, then you will probably like Butter Baroness by Chicago-based Shui Tea. It is a simple and straightforward blend of lemon flavored Ceylon black tea and lemon myrtle. As its name suggests, it is buttery, somewhat creamy, slightly sweet, and intensely lemony. It reminds me a bit of SpecialTea’s Lemon Chiffon Rooibos, except that it is made with a true tea base instead of rooibos.
Shui Tea recommends pairing Butter Baroness with sweet snacks, and I agree with this: It is simply awesome with anything chocolate.
