Want some free tea?
Kyoto Obubu Tea Plantations is giving away free bags of its genmaicha (a blend of green tea and popped/roasted rice, that is sometimes called “popcorn tea”) all summer long to those who become fans on Facebook, friend them on Twitter, or sign up for their online newsletter. Here is what they have to say about the contest:
“The free giveaway is being offered to 15 persons each month—5 persons selected at random from Obubu’s
Facebook page, Twitter account, and from our e-newsletter database. Each 3.5 oz bag holds about
20 tablespoons of genmaicha, and produce up to 80 cups of tea (4 steepings per tablespoon). “
