Some news, events, and sales coming up that I want my readers to know about:

  1. Ineeka recently debuted their Green Tea Bier, and is having a party to celebrate! Chicago-area readers should head down to Lush West Town on June 4th for the party. Complete details can be found here.
  2. Teas Etc is offering a special sale this weekend, running Friday, May 28th, through Monday, May 31st! 20% off on all orders over $60 with coupon code ICEDT, and the first 100 customers to place an order will get a $5 coupon that they can use on a future sale. If you are having some trouble deciding on which teas to order, check out these reviews:

3. Nikki Means over at Tea Escapade has relaunched her blog with a new look. Check it out!

4. The American Tea Room is running two sales, one running through June 1st, the other through July 1st:

  • Memorial Day Sale at American Tea Room – 20% off : Memorial Day Sale at American Tea Room – 20% off all items in the store that are not already on sale, excluding the Breville Tea Kettles. Use coupon code “memorial” (no quotes) through June 1st.
  • 20% off Scented Candles at American Tea Room:  20% off Scented Candles at American Tea Room – Our candles were custom-produced in the aromas of some of our most fragrant teas. They are made with clean-burning, long-lasting soy wax. Each scent comes in a unique thermo-reactive ceramic vessel that reveals a dramatic pattern as the candle burns. After the candle is gone, these vessels can be washed and reused as tea glasses. (They’re ideal for keeping each person’s drink separate at smaller gatherings.) The packaging is a giftable white box with an embossed texture and instructions for burning. Use coupon code “candles20″ (no quotes), through July 1st.
