Tea and The Weather

This was an interesting week for weather here in my little part of Southern Oregon. Cold, wet weather for a few days, now it is warm and sunny. The weather changes reminded me that my tea preferences change with the weather, and they don’t always make a lot of sense.  Granted, my preference for masala chai latte in the winter, and iced tea in the summer are no-brainers, but why is it that I crave oolong on cold-wet days, but only want Chinese black teas on cold-dry days?

So I ask my readers: Do you find that your tea-tastes change with the weather? If so, how?
