Review: This is another example of a white tea that offers up real flavor: While I like very subtle white teas, a white tea that packs more of a flavor punch can be a real, and welcome, delight.
The beautiful dry leaves are a mix of deep, deep green leaves and silvery, very downy buds that possess a strong, sweet nose of sage and steamed green bell pepper. Infused, the light amber liquor has a lightly vegetal nose, retaining some of its sweetness.
On the palate, the tea is an explosion of flavor: The sweetness remains, along with the sage/green bell pepper notes, with a surprising apricot finish. This is one white tea that actually gets better with multiple infusions, with the fruit notes becoming more prominent.
As with most white teas, I recommend either drinking it on its own or with a very plain dish, such as steamed whitefish. It is also a very lovely, very gentle cup for first thing in the morning.
Tips: I like to prepare white teas in a gaiwan to concentrate their flavor, and this tea is no exception.

I could say, “How do you taste a white tea?” “Very carefully!” But this seems to be an exception to the rule. And the flavors it offers sound good to me. I like fruity and I think I’d like apricot. Sounds like a good Oolong.
I really like the white tea which is best for our body. I was wondering to take something like you described since long time. I normally prefer fruit flavors more than others. I think ‘Canton Tea’ will fulfil my all requirements of test and health.
