Both of my tea-drinking guests hail from Scotland (home of several key figures in tea history, including Robert Fortune, responsible for much of the early Western research on tea, and Sir Thomas Lipton, founder of the famous tea brand).They will be sharing their observations on Scottish tea culture as well as a bit about their current artistic endeavors.
