Some people think Bedouin tea is flavored with certain spices but it’s no different than regular tea except for the wood smoke that flavors it. I’d like to try that at a bonfire–cooking tea and seeing how the smoke flavors it. I suppose I’d want to make sure I brought enough sugar to experience the tea sweetened too.
