I think for me it has replaced my  former &quot;staple&quot; of plain old robust &quot;English&quot; (  probably not English at all - probly a blend from India  or China ) bog standard tea! It does not hurt my tummy like some caffeinated teas. It quenches my thirst and is &quot;comforting&quot;. Hmmm. ..the psychology of tea!
I agree that African Nectar is a little different and is a blend and I like it for a change! Give me that old TICK TOCK Rooibos from England though! They sell it at Tescos, people!</description>
