Review: Do you like cinnamon? If so, you should give this tisane (herbal tea) a try.

Rooibush Jungle Fire is a blend of rich rooibos, cinnamon, clove, and citrus oils, and oh my stars.  .  .this stuff is intense!

Cinnamon is a strong flavor and so it is not surprising that it dominates this blend. The honey-sweetness of the rooibos, the dusty piquancy of the clove, and the sharp fruitiness of the orange and lemon oils definitely take a supporting role. This isn’t a bad thing, though: The spice and fruit mesh wonderfully with the cinnamon, giving this tisane enough body to create a substantial brew that both curbs sweet cravings and delivers a delightfully delicious beverage that reminds one of those candies known as “red hots” or “cinnamon imperials“. . .but without the calories!

Recommendation: If you love cinnamon, you will love Rooibos Jungle Fire. Deliciously sweet: No sugar needed. This is a simply scrumptious tisane for anyone who desires a sweet, robust, yet caffeine free beverage.

Bonus: There is some evidence that cinnamon can help control blood sugar levels!

Tip: Cinnamon is a strong flavor which can be hard to remove from cups and brewing vessels. If you are using a tea infuser such as the IngenuiTEA, be sure to wash it out well right after serving your tea.
