Review:I adore oolongs, and TeaGshwendner’s Ming Xiang does not disappoint.  The tea brews to a lovely golden color, and, on its first infusion, shows some lovely earthy/slightly grassy notes in both its liquor and nose. The second infusion is probably the best, though, demonstrating strong flavor as well as a great deal of balance.

Like most good oolongs, this tea stands up well to multiple infusions: Even by the 5th and 6th infusion, when much of its strength is gone, its more delicate qualities continue to reveal themselves. Savor this tea: It is well worth it.

Recommendation: Buy it, drink it, enjoy it. Not only is it delicious, but proves to be a bargain after enduring multiple infusions.
