Yeah I also work in a half cubicle and I like to drink india spice chai and green tea at work. I hate when it gets lukewarm so I have to drink it very quickly while it's hot, especially if not using a mug.

My Autism Insights: Thanks so much for stopping by. I agree that a mug with a lid is the way to go!

I always drink my tea from a mug, mostly because I have these double size mugs that hold just over 16 oz. Call me greedy. Half the time I use those and the other half of the time, I use travel mugs with lids. I like to take my tea with me, but also sometimes I get so busy that I forget to drink my tea right away. A good travel mug will keep it warm for a long time.

Susanna: I love drinking tea out of pretty teacups...but when it gets cold right away that is a problem! The mug works to keep the tea hot longer, which is what I need in the winter. Particularly if I am drinking spiced chai! <smacks lips> Thanks for visiting!

Meredith: I mug with a lid on it sounds great. Those are easily accessible, and I suspect it is time for me to go out and buy one! Thanks so much for stopping by!

The English have a thing about having tea from bone china, but I'm with you. There's something very comforting and inviting about a coffee mug -- whatever you have in it.

I am a tea drinker too.....not only do I drink out of a coffee mug but I heat the water in the microwave in the cup which heats the mug too so it retains the heat even better. I also have a Japanese tea mug that has a ceramic tea strainer in it and a lid to keep the tea hot in between sips. mmmmmmmm love that hot tea!
